SHARK
Shark is considered one of the components of some oxidation and reduction enzymes and one of the necessary elements for many proteins. It has an essential role in the work of the enzyme Cytochrome oxidase, as it is considered a complement to this enzyme, the enzyme that oxidizes ascorbic acid-oxidase, and some other enzymes such as phenolase and lactase. It was also found that more than 70% of the copper present in the plant is concentrated in chlorophyll, which demonstrates the importance of this element in the synthesis of chlorophyll. Copper also enhances the formation of Vitamin A in the plant. It was also found that copper affects the exchange of carbohydrates and proteins and increases plant resistance against fungal diseases.
